CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

In MCT - Meb Johnsons Jatto we are committed to offer the highest levels of satisfaction to our customers by offering detailed information on subjects such as cancellation and return procedures.

Products damaged through negligence or due to poor return packaging will void the warranty and will be returned without replacement at the customer's expense.

We will not exchange or accept returns for any reason on items more 30 days after they have been delivered.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items while on transit back to us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order(s) received may be cancelled within 24 hours from the time in which an order was placed for a full refund when the package HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED.

Once an order has been shipped (and whether the buyer receives the order or not), a request for cancellation will be refunded, less 15% restocking fee. The cost of the shipping fee will not be refunded. Such orders are requested to be mailed back at the expense of the buyer.

To cancel an order, the buyer will be required to submit a written request via fax or email, including FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER.

As soon as the request has been received in our offices, we will send out a confirmation by email to the customer’s email address. A second email confirmation will be sent once the cancellation and refund have been processed.

Products must be in their original condition and package, and with all accessories that came with the item. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the package has been unsealed.

RETURNS POLICY

Faulty or damaged products, or those that have been delivered in error, will be replaced or refunded in full if returned to us within 30 days of receipt.

All returns require previous authorisation, and are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it/them.

Once received a request for return, which must include a written description of the nature of the defect, we will send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to the customer, along with a postage-paid mailing envelope for return of the wrong/defective item. No return of products will be accepted without an RMA number.

Products must be in re-sellable condition, and will not be accepted if their original boxes are marked, damaged, written upon, or stickers or labels of any type placed upon them.

All items not eligible for return will be returned to the customer.

Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase. We do not issue store credit.
